That’s why we’re seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to find and add value for potential learners who can benefit from our training courses. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up the engagement team for success.
You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

This role is a pure new business role, involving identifying potential learners through lead generation, taking part in marketing campaigns along with the marketing team, and ultimately creating turning leads into learners. The aim is to demonstrate and add value for the prospective learners, build rapport and relationships and secure learners to understand how GNR Training can benefit their lives. You will have a sales background and be a dynamic individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
• Supporting and contribute to marketing campaigns
• Proactive calling, emailing, and attending any careers fairs, booking meetings with prospective clients
• Being creative and consultative in the engagement process
• Building relationships with learners and clients
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation policies
